Twin Pines Hauling

Running solo out of Georgia with a reefer trailer, Twin Pines had potential—but no real system. We built one. First, we mapped their preferred region and created a weekly lane strategy based on timing and reefer load availability. We negotiated better rates, managed check-ins, and helped them get paid faster through QuickPay setup. After 30 days, they were averaging $8,200/week, up from $3,400 and finally had predictable income and rest.
